All sales are FINAL. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Those items include custom products that are personalized or special order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
All sales are FINAL. However, please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. If your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Your refund will be issued via a gift card that you will receive by email.
