Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Radiant Joy Expressions (https://radiantjoyexpressions.com). By placing an order through this site, you will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Process Time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the order size, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please Note: There may be times when shipments may be delayed leaving our warehouse if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail. Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight and location. The rate charged will be displayed at checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address to ensure that it is correct. An incorrect shipping address can delay your order being received or lost.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@radiantjoyexpressions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Radiant Joy Expressions is not liable for any products that may be damaged or lost during shipping once USPS has scanned and acknowledged receipt your package. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim for any packages, lost damaged or stolen. Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.
